Returns & Refunds Policy
Online Returns & Refunds Only:
We accept returns for the purpose of exchange, garment fault or change of mind. You will be refunded the value of the item at the time of your transaction. An order can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in original condition with swing tags attached in order to be returned. Damaged, worn, or altered garments will not be exchanged, credited or refunded. If a fault should appear after a garment has been worn please launder before return. Postage costs of returning an item/s will be at your own expense unless an item is faulty; in this case you will be refunded the amount for postage. If an item/s is being exchanged for a different product shipping fees for that order will be waived. Any refunds will be made back to the means of purchase, i.e. credit card or gift card.
Returning goods bought as special offers:
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy promotion (i.e. Buy 2 for AUD $40) you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy promotion you will be refunded the full multi-buy value.
For combination purchases (“Buy 1 Get 1 Free”, or “Get the lowest priced item free”), you must return any free items back to us before we can process your refund.

Returns & Exchanges:
All sale items are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or credits on sale items. Jewellery, hosiery, shoes and underwear cannot be exchanged due to hygiene regulations. If you would like to request an exchange in size in the same style you have purchased on sale please email firstname.lastname@example.org for stock availability for your exchange. If we do not have any stock available for your sale exchange in size and have not been notified prior your item will be sent back to you.
Your order will include a returns form. Please fill this form out and include it with your returned item/s. Please affix postage to your return order and address to:
