  • When you see your child playing with sand and end up mouthing it, make them sense that it is bad by saying the words yucky or anything so he would learn himself.
  • Check the rooms where your baby uses to go, eliminate the items that could cause choking. It is important to check the items that could easily fit into the mouth and throat.
  • The food that falls into the kitchen’s floor and goes into the mouth is okay, but the food that could spoil, like dog food, is not safe for the babies. Moreover, the bacteria multiplies into the food that falls in the watery area or mouth once and spitted out is considered to be harmful.
